By downloading, installing, or using the Faithvine mobile application (“App,” “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Faithvine is a Christian prayer and discipleship application that allows users to record personal prayers, share prayers with others, join prayer groups, and track prayer journeys over time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Faithvine. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
You must create an account to use Faithvine. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at qzhao.love.liaoning@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of prayers, comments, and other content you create (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Faithvine a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and deliver your content solely to provide the Service to you and the users you share it with.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the community.

Your use of Faithvine is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Faithvine name, logo, app design, and all software are owned by Faithvine and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAITHVINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faithvine and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
